For a classic Old Fashioned, this syrup is great. I gave this 3 stars because I was hoping for a much richer smoky flavor to make a Smokey Old Fashioned, and the smoke flavor was a subtle. Depending on what flavor you want, this could be perfect for you.

It’s good, but I think there could be a little more maple and bacon flavor as it wasn’t very noticeable. Additionally, adding the syrup to just the alcohol leaves you with a syrupy, 2.5 oz drink, so you need to add some white soda or seltzer to make a regular-sized old-fashioned.

Bourbon is my spirit of choice, and who doesn’t love bacon? I thought it would be a match made in heaven when I came across this product, but I didn’t taste anything that resembled bacon. The syrup was so sweet and I definitely tasted the citrus, but I feel like I was shipped the wrong bottle with a maple bacon label slapped on it. I ordered two bottles, one for my mother in law and myself at the same time. Hers arrived almost a week before mine did. Disappointed.

neither of the maple bacon syrups had even a hint of maple or bacon; they were tasty standard old fashioned syrups to be sure, with strong orange overtones, but absolutely not bacon or maple. Disappointing!

Makes an OK cocktail. No detectable maple or bacon flavor or aroma. Lots of orange. Shipment arrived in a box of three. One of the bottles leaked a couple tablespoons of mix and made a real mess.

Ordered the Maple Bacon. Apparently I got a traditional bottle that had been mistakenly labelled Maple Bacon. Was sent a new bottle and still no difference. There is not even a hint of Maple or Bacon flavor or even a smell. So either the Maple Bacon is a farce or I have again been sent a bottle with a mislabel. Either way, a disappointing experience.

Could be a bit more flavorful. Delivery was horrible and communication with customer service was terrible. I know you're a new company, but thats no excuse on how to treat a customer. I was so excited to get my Maple Bacon flavored Proof. I also purchased a bottle for each of my son-in-laws.
