Fantastic quality. Love ordering from intercity. We had also order artic char and was blown away by how fresh it was. The prices are excellent too. I cooked it in an airfryer, which made it really good and rendered the bit of fat out of it. I wasnt aware that the air fryer would take a bit longer than my convection oven, so it isnt pretty in the picture. I had to cook it longer.
I only buy my rack of lamb from here. Large and tender. Enough for three people when one is a big eater!
