This surface was not the best to run a strip with the machine alone.It would have caused alot of bleed off resulting in less than sharp stall lines. The client wanted a testing area done before before awarding us the contract. This kit did the trick. Even if it means stenciling the lot with the kit to make sure we get the sharp lines for the project. the thickness of the stencil materal, will ensure sturdy use for some time to come. I have painted lines in our parking lot by gathering enough cardboard boxes and taping them together to make my own stencil. I said "There has GOT to be a better way..!!" and there WAS! Thanks to Stencilease.com!! I highly recommend the stencil product!

The line stencil was vastly superior to my prior work using two 6 foot 1x3 wood to spray the lot lines. As a result the work time cut in half and the accuracy of the edges improved.

Stencil works good, but supsesable to bowing up causing spray getting under stencil. Would recommend thicker stencil if you can afford it. I used spray around the edges, then rolled the center with a 3" roller.
