I absolutely love Proof! I followed the directions and it came out great. Maybe just maybe a little sweet. Time will tell. I like it because it is a one stop shop. Very easy to make. No mess. Awesome.

I was hesitant at first as I do enjoy having a good bartender make an Old Fashion. The first time I tried this at home it turned out perfect. Absolutely so easy and just as if I were out but much cheaper and any time I want one. Don’t hesitate to try it yourself. You’ll like it.

This is hands down the best mixer I've ever had. I tell as many people as possible it's a must try. Don't be fooled by the price it makes lots of drinks and adds that smokiness and sweetness you're looking for in a mixer. 10/10

I was skeptical about these flavors but wow was I wrong. Pecan and whiskey is wonder. My go to drink is maple- bacon Proof with Rye whiskey, sweet vermouth and a splash of soda water. You won’t be disappointed!

Every old fashioned I have EVER made with Proof syrup has been a bona fide crowd pleaser! I recently used Proof Syrup to create a barrel aged (8 weeks) old fashioned and the result can not be justified with words. I bottled it in various sized vanity bottles and had to start my second batch within 2 weeks because it was in high demand. Oleo Saccharem = heaven in a bottle. Customer for life :)

Had an old fashion at a friend's house not that long ago and loved it. I typically drink bourbon on ice or with a splash of ginger ale. I saw the ad for Proof mixer on Facebook and had to try it. So glad I did, absolutely delicious and am almost out already! Will be buying again and again..

I'd rate this six stars if I could--if I've had a better old fashioned anywhere, I don't remember it. I've been using Rittenhouse Rye to make my old fashioneds, and they're fantastic. I've also shared these with some of my friends who are not normally old fashioned drinkers, and they also liked it. Good stuff!

Honestly, this mix has changed my life!! Old fashioned’s are my favorite but I don’t always want to take the time to follow a traditional recipe. This syrup sacrifices none of the quality and allows me to quickly enjoy my favorite drink. Well done Proof, well done!

If you enjoy a classic Old Fashioned (Bourbon, traditional bitters, a splash of orange bitters, a dash of simple syrup and an orange zest garnish) Proof is for you! I was skeptical, but highly interested. Yeah, Proof nailed it. I ordered the Traditional flavor as that’s the Old Fashioned I prefer and I was thoroughly impressed with how close it tastes to my favorite recipe. Looking forward to trying the other flavors!

I purchased the Proof Syrup for my husband for Christmas. He loves an Old Fashioned but we don't always have the ingredients on hand. He absolutely loves the Proof Syrup!! I bought the Traditional the first go around and have already purchased him the Black Walnut. He loves both!!

Great stuff, I would add that Traditional syrup is much sweeter than I had anticipated. I use about 1/2 of the amount suggested in the Old Fashioned recipe and it still allows the flavor of my bourbon to come through.

Love this so much. First time I used it I didn’t realize how sweet it is so I just cut back on it and squeezed half of an orange in it, topped it off with a cherry and good to go!

First try I was a tad heavy on bourbon (Buffalo Trace) cause I like it. But afterwards I used a touch more proof syrup and I was pleasantly surprised. A touch more was better. Getting ready to order another bottle. Might try Pecan. Might buy two.

I love the flavor of Traditional and Bacon Maple. Pecan is third choice but very good. I have mixed the Traditional with Champaign and it is fabulous. The service is excellent and it is packaged and delivered when promised. I have shared with a few friends and they have loved it as well and I know one ordered traditional immediately after trying it.

A Proof Old Fashioned is far and away better than many mediocre old fashioneds prepared by some bartenders. I will always prefer the proper handcrafted OF. I was surprised how much I enjoyed a Proof OF, when I’m not in the mood to make one the “old fashioned “ way.

Amazing taste and eliminates the guesswork or the need for multiple bottles of different ingredients. Would be nice if Proof included a half ounce cap to use when mixing to ensure the right amount! I’ll order again! -Rick
