It actually works!!! This thing is GREAT! I've been looking for something to help us with our tension headaches. We have a TENS unit but you can't use that effectively on your neck due to hair. This thing gets the area of your neck that a TENS unit can't!!! I ended up buying another one for my husband to keep at work and one for home! Used it multiple times and love it!!!

Pretty awesome massager!! After using, it felt wonderful and it is very comfortable too! There are 3 mode to choose from and I can feel the different massage type : pulse, acupuncture, scraping, etc. It fits comfortably around my neck and the heating function feels amazing as well. Simple operation and the instructions were easy to read. And the remote controller help me to change the mode or strength easily when I enjoying the massage.

I got this product because I have chronic neck pain due to work. I constantly have muscle aches and a pinched nerve. The massager is surprisingly comfortable. I was somewhat worry about it being around my neck but it fits just right. The remote is simple and easy to use. I used it for the first time after a long day at work and After thirty minutes of use my neck felt better than it had all week. Would definitely recommend it!

This neck massager is so comfortable and discrete. I can wear it and people don't stare at me like I have something wrong with me like some other types of electric muscle massagers. I use to have an electronic stimulation machine with corded pads to relieve neck pain. I was skeptical that this product would work as well as my old unit because it does not use the pads, although I knew it would be a money saver to go without them. BUT it turns out that this unit works just as well!! The best part is that I no longer have to buy the sticky pads or batteries because this unit is rechargeable.

I received this light-weight massager and I use it at least once a day. You can use the remote control to control several settings. There is a button for turning the heating on or off. Then there is a button for pulse mode. The last two buttons are for intensity. The pulse feels like it is providing a deep massage. I continue to use it every day, which can relieve pain and fatigue. The effect is still very good, will definitely recommend to my friends!!

This is a high quality product nothing cheap about it. My boyfriend is beyond thrilled with it. I have used a few different neck massagers before, and this is my favorite.
