I have suffered with back pain since I was 10 years old due to scoiliosis. So with a curved spine, my posture is never great. I love the posture corrector because once adjusted, it instantly lifts my posture and straightens my back some. I feel like with regular daily use, it can greatly help strengthen my posture. I also like how easy it can be adjusted and that you can wear it under a t-shirt.

I have been trying to correct my poster for a few months now by correcting myself when i notice slouching. However, that did not seem to work. I have tried a smart device that sticks to your back and connects to your phone and that did work as well. I have been trying this corrector for a week and so far this seems to be working!! It reminds me when I slouch as it "pulls" and keep me in a better position. imagine that after a few weeks my muscle will learn this new position!!

This is an interesting product, but even as I type this, I’m wearing it. It isn’t uncomfortable to wear, as I have worn it for periods of 8-12+ hours at a time over a shirt. It does hide well under a shirt, but after about 4-6 hours, it can get a little hot and uncomfortable, but that’s to be expected. The nature of the device does help create better posture habits. Works like a charm, I have stage II scoliosis and I never would have thought of correcting my posture with this until my doctor told me about it. It has relieved my pain within hours. I can almost believe that my over height has increase due to a properly stretched spine. It also helps relieve pressure on your lungs (from the slouch) which will help with breathing I will continue to purchase products from here!! (Wearing my brace as I write this review)

I was skeptical, but after trying it for almost two weeks I noticed significant changes in my posture. I have back pain due to my poor posture and have had a slight decrease in pain as well. It is easy to put the posture corrector on. There is velcro in the front which can be tightened or loosened to fit individual needs making it one size fits all. It is washable, folds easily, and doesn't take up too much space in a bag when traveling. It really does work!

My doctor advises POSTURE CORRECTOR post cervical surgery as part of my ongoing rehabilitation. This posture corrector seems to perform as well as it was advertised!! It puts stress on centre upper back (between shoulder blades) over a few hours. Just remember to remove and rest for a little before you continue wearing it!!

I received this light-weight massager and I use it at least once a day. You can use the remote control to control several settings. There is a button for turning the heating on or off. Then there is a button for pulse mode. The last two buttons are for intensity. The pulse feels like it is providing a deep massage. I continue to use it every day, which can relieve pain and fatigue. I have a shoulder injury and my physical therapist said I need to work on pulling my shoulders back to have better posture. He recommended me this and I tried it. I could immediately tell a difference in my posture. This is a great product! It is very comfortable and fits great. I am 5'9 and 145 lbs and it fit perfect with lots of extra room. I wore the product for approximately 6 hours and my back felt great. Not normally sore and achy at the end of the day. All in all a great product!

It actually works!!! This thing is GREAT! I've been looking for something to help us with our tension headaches. We have a TENS unit but you can't use that effectively on your neck due to hair.
