Very strong and convenient to bottom water. Haven't soaked them in any disinfectant (minus the peroxide mist before they were put in service) or left them out in the sun but provided they don't take on any serious UV damage they should last me a lifetime as a home gardener. You get a lot of seed trays for your money. Very very worth it. I only have a small patio container garden so I do not need that many but there are enough to fill multiple standard sized seeding bed things with the amount of trays you get. Very durable, I even used some as impromptu raisers for some extra containers. Strong enough to evenly support even fabric containers without any bit sagging.

I love the sturdiness of these cell packs! the roots grew quickly and soon I was potting up, what an easy task that was with the large finger holes on the bottom! I had to pot some up from old 6 packs and had to pry them out - need more of the Epic Garden cell trays obviously! Now onto the 4" deep, 4 cell trays!

I wanted to use these seedling tray for awhile before leaving a review. They are a little pricey but totally worth it. The are so sturdy they seem like they will last forever. The hole in the bottom makes it easy to pop seedlings out without having to pull on the fragile plant. I also have found that they clean up great for the next round of growing, just bang the dirt out, swish in a little bit of water and they are ready to go. Great product!

They are great but my mind makes me think how did they do it 100 or 200 years ago to plant stuff. They had no flats no lights. I would love to see someone on you tube explain that. These trays are so much better than the cheap thin trays sold at the big box stores. The holes in the bottom of the trays allow me to remove the seedlings without smashing the tender root balls. I believe that the slits on the sides of the cells have increased the growth rate of the seedlings when compared to seeds that have been planted in the super thin trays.

The mini trays that we purchased are the best ones I've seen. They are sturdy and reusable. In the end, they will save us money. Besides the sturdiness, the design of the mini trays makes them extremely functional for growing seedlings that can be replanted into the garden or that can be offered to children, who can take the plants home and grow in their own gardens or yards. This is probably more 6 cell trays than I will ever need, so maybe I'll start sharing them. But well worth a buy even if you only use a handful of them. They're ridiculously sturdy and very easy to remove individual seedlings from with the hole in the bottom. I don't have much of a garden plan this year and am just throwing in plants wherever there is space. It's nice to be able to remove one or two seedlings from the tray without risking disturbing the rest.
