These are exactly what I've been looking for and I'm so excited to use these going forward. I did tomatoes as my first trial with them and I'm already in love after only two weeks. The plastic is very heavy duty with great slits for air pruning. The drainage hole in the bottom is very large, big enough to use your finger to push your seedling out from the bottom.

These are without a doubt the best (and most expensive) six seeding trays available. I love the large hole in the bottom and the slits up the sides. Makes removing the seedling easy and helps preserve the root ball. I've hesitated every time I order these because of the cost, but just placed my third order because they are so functional.

What's so great about these trays: different seeds (but with similar time frames to be started b4 last frost) may be started at the same time. Because germination may be at different for each type, the entire 10x20 tray is not disrupted when removing one Epic tray for transplant.

Loving these 6-cell trays! They are very sturdy and easy to pick up and move around when full. It seems like they will be very easy to pop out for planting too (thanks to the larger holes on the bottom). It would be great if these came in more sizes too- maybe a 4 or 6 cell size with larger cells so plants that grow faster/bigger could stay in them a little longer. I really like these 6-cell starters. It’s great to be able to move them around without moving the whole tray. I also like how quickly roots come down through the hole for bottom watering. They really are a big improvement over the flimsy cell sheets I was using before. I ended up just cutting seedlings out of those to transplant. These are much easier because I can push the seedling up through the hole in the bottom. A great product. Pricey, but these will last forever.

These planting containers are awesome. I have looked for a long time for containers which are easy to use and durable. Durability is key. These containers fit the bill. They are incredibly easy to fill with seed starting mix and the plugs come out very easily. Bottom watering is also easily accomplished. I cannot recommend these enough.
