Excellent service from start to finish. My only pointer would be to include more photos of the inside of some of your work bags. The Taylor bag I purchased actually has more more pockets than I expected which is brilliant but not sure what the Stella bag has pocket wise, which is my next purchase hopefully - want a discreet pocket for my laptop so nothing can leak or mark it.
