Disappointed that the straps ordered weren't in stock at the time of dispatch but alternatives are very nice. I was emailed asking if I would like to pick substitutes. I did ask how long if was likely to be before the originals were in stock. I didn't receive a reply. The bag was dispatched with the alternative straps that I had chosen.
