My first shipment wasn't received as the courier didn't ring my bell even though I was in, but also did not leave it at a parcel shop/neighbour and sent it back to the sender in England. I then had to ask for it to be redelivered, then I had to pay a customs fee on top of this. Love the product but this could be better.
