I reported the poor quality of the oak boards that were supplied two days ago, the 17th June, and as of today the 19th of June I have had no acknowledgment of my email or my issues with the timber supplied.
Timber, at these prices, with such large flaws should never have been despatched in the first instance.

It’s been 17 days since I placed the order. When I inquired on the order after 10 days since there was no follow up on my order, I did not receive a response, but a shipment confirmation, which was a label created that has sat in the same status for pickup by FedEx for the past 7 days. Not sure if this company is legitimate and will be seeking a dispute with my credit card company.
