Not worth it

Can’t find a website or anyway to contact about order or to make sure there aren’t any future orders

I have reached out more than 6 times to resolve an issue with the wrong product being sent. They keep telling me the correct one was sent and the packaging is just different, but a major component was missing in the product, making it very clear it was not correct. What we ordered was supposed to have a light on it. What was sent had no light... again, making it very clear that it is not correct.

Did not receive the product advertised

Wrong product was sent and they did nothing about it, saying it was the old packaging. Did it have a different name too???

I ordered a second one by mistake. I emailed your company and requested not to send me the second one and to cancel my order, and my email was dismissed

No response when I tried to contact about my purchase.

I did not receive the AMPI cream I ordered. Was sent a cheaper product that is sold on amazon for half the price I paid. I tried emailing your customer service email and it was returned as undeliverable. It was also different from the email on your website.

Was really excited to try the product but didn’t see results as expected

I emailed on May 9 about the incorrect item being sent and I have not heard back. It has been 2.5 weeks since I originally emailed.

I definitely haven’t been using it long enough to see results, but I was disappointed when the tube arrived and it seemed half empty before I even opened it

Trying to get in contact with Ampi before my product arrived was awful. They never returned a call or emailed me back.

The product was easy to order and the subscription was easy to cancel. Unfortunately, the product did not work for me.

Seems to be a fraudulent company, never received the eye cream then they want a review. Unbelievable!! Buyer beware they just take your money!!
