I really wanted to like these jugs, but the sealing design is a major flaw. The rubber gaskets over-compress every time you tighten the cap and spout. Instead of staying seated in the groove, the gasket pinches and expands past the sealing surface. Once that happens, the jug leaks. I tried reseating the gaskets multiple times, but the same thing kept happening. A fuel jug shouldn’t require constant adjustment just to prevent leaks. The auto-stop spout is a good idea, but the gasket design needs

A couple of days after making my most recent purchase I received an email from Tuff Jug informing me that the shipment would be delayed due to the large quantity of orders they received. About a week later I received another email notifying me my order had shipped. Great communication Tuff Jug, it is greatly appreciated.

Didn’t realize you had changed the style and my current caps won’t fit and you didn’t have any rip stop caps in stock either. Now I have multiple caps and no rip stop for the new style. To top it off one wants to leak on me.

Everything is as advertised. If I have to mention a drawback…it was on the slower side for shipping.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but when I reached out to customer service they did a great job at keeping me updated

it took almost 3 weeks to ship out, combine that with the defect in the plastics and I'd say theres some improvement to be made.
