General experience = very difficult to get what you want. I took advantage of the 3 jug purchase special expecting to get both types of fill valves. That order was delayed due to many others taking advantage of the special. Understandable. Then purchased what I needed so that I can use the jugs in multiple ways but that wasn't all I needed. So then get half an order and my word means nothing when I let them know they only sent 1 cap when 2 were ordered.
