Great products but the shipping was extremely slow this time. The first order I had in 2-3days

Shipping took awhile but it was worth the wait.

Fast delivery, great product. Would recommend to anyone looking for a superior Gas can that works as advertised. Fills atleast 3x faster than my VP cans.

Easy to find what I needed, shipping time was reasonable. Dealing with the Service department was amazing, fast response, and even faster fixing the issue.

I am bummed that they put out a deal right after I bought 3 jugs, and I was unable to get a ripper cap with my order or even back order one to ship seperate from the rest of the order. I don't need more race jugs. Heck I wish I still had my old ones, I don't know who stole all of them 20 years ago at the dunes.

Things with my initial purchase were great but I am a little disappointed with available stock of the Ripper spout. I am wanting to try the ripper for my tractor at the deer lease. Seems like the perfect fit if it was only available.

The company needs to be more on top of orders and shipping within there stated time frame of 2 - 3 days. Waited 8 days for the order to ship; which was only done after two emails to support and a phone call.

Could not reach customer service both before i received my item and after i had issues with delivery. No one answers the customer service line and there was no response to emails.

Shipping time and communication on the shipping time were subpar.

Easy order and fast delivery! They were sold out of some of the colors and accessories but I got what I needed.

Product is excellent, shipping is too slow. 3 weeks for delivery in 2026 is ridiculous. Plus, you’ve been out of ripper caps for months.

Shipping was pretty slow , other than that good

I feel this was a little too hard to fill a truck with. Maybe a vent extension for this attachment would improve flow. But overall well made.

Not sure about the product yet cuz I haven't used them long term but I like the idea. One of my storage jugs arrived and the cap leaked and they promptly sent a replacement. That customer service was excellent. Only time will tell.
