Shipping took a long time, and when a box from navigate craft finally arrived it only had one item we ordered. We waited a week and the second item never arrived. We have not heard back from customer service or if the second item will ever arrive. We are very upset as we bought these for decorations for our baby’s nursery and he is due soon and we won’t have the nursery fully decorated now. We are hoping they will ship the missing item, the
