This was a nightmare of customer service. English is mot their first (or even probably second) language. The order was incorrect, and after several days emailing.customer service they finally.told me that they would do an exchange if I paid the return shipping from United States to Turkey. Just make sure you don't exchange or return because customer service is horrible. Also, tried to use the "Get help with this order" button via my order info on Facebook. Using either the Facebook app or website, the "Get help with this order" doesn't work. Never again and buyer beware.
