Paid, but order never fulfilled. No communication back from the company. Shameful to say the least. They took my money. I believe this to be a scam.

Please don’t publish 3-5 day shipping, didn’t know it was coming from Turkey! We completely missed as a gift for a friend.

I placed the order through the Navigate advertisement on Facebook. It charged my credit card, but I never got an order number. It too many messages between myself and the Navigate Messenger account to finally get an order number. Shopping on the app was great though.

The product finally arrived, and while it's okay, I feel misled from the start. First, it didn't arrive on time, even though I contacted them before placing the order and was assured it would. When it didn't make it in time for Christmas, no one responded to my messages until closer to the end of the year. They also claimed to expedite all packages, but that clearly wasn’t the case. Lastly, the site is incredibly misleading—they never mention that they’re based in Turkey. If I had known this upfront, I would’ve skipped this shop altogether to avoid the hassle.

The package has not arrived and contacting Navigate Craft has been the worst experience. I need Navigate Craft to either help me track my package(as required by UPS to begin to track this package) or to please refund me.
