They charge for stuff I never selected, customer service was helpful, but i didn't want to get to that, and I had to contact them because of the extra charges and the long wait

Unauthorized charges to my card multiple times after my initial order.

The fact that I ended up getting additional charges that I had to email support to find out more information about is really irritating. And they didn’t even provide a way to cancel them or offer a refund.

Illegally ran and charged me

Refunded a fraudulent charge they sneakily tacked on a month later. Product had overspray on it.

Stop charging my card

The product was fine and as advertised. When I ordered they signed me up for a coupon service with a fee of $39.97 per month that was not mentioned in the order details. Buyer beware.

Awful product

Horrible business practice. Scamming money by adding on a $40 a month subscription. Low-life people taking, what am I saying, not taking, scamming people's hard-earned money.
