I always have such positive interactions whether its little questions or comments in social media, or placing an order - everything arrives safely and sustainably packaged, the end to end process is seamless and even has built in advice/guidance and suggestions that are actually helpful too and don't feel like an upsell!! (I've saved them on my wish list for next time!). Friendly, knowledgable, efficient, quality!
