I wrote about this previously, but I had to contact Customer Service about a missing shirt. I ordered 2 from the Batman Collection but only one was delivered. I told them the Proof of Delivery indicated I received everything, and I understood they had to take my word for it if they couldn't find a manifest/confirmation. Within a week, I had my missing shirt. Nice to see professional courtesy still exists!!
