Your time of processing and shipping out an order is not good. This was my first [and probably last] order, as I was not impressed with the overall quality, and the handling of the order. Also, the packaging was by far the least impressive from any other crown that I have ordered from other companies. I have over 30 other crowns, so I have lots of experience. Sorry this could not be more positive.

Did not know it would take that long to actual get the wigs to be shipped out. I was ordering the one for a specific date, & would have paid extra to MAKE sure I got it by that date, but there was no choices in what type of shipping I received. Ended up, my package wasn't even brought to ups until 2 weeks AFTER I wanted the 1 by, & I received the package 10 days after that. & I will only wear 1 out of the 3. Disappointed. & I am unsure if an even exchange is even an option for the one...
