Ok, so I reviewed the raw honey Shilajit and I am hooked! Now let me tell you what the tablets did for me. I switched to this brand recently because I saw a pop up promotion for it. I purchased the honey and received this 60 tablet box for free. The first day i tried this was during my menstrual cycle. I was experiencing lower back pain and discomfort at the time. I took one tablet and to my surprise, about 20-30 min later I was pain free and with a sudden energy that had me washing clothes and cooking instead of sitting on the couch resting lol.. my husband asked me what happened to my pain and how did I have this sudden change of mood & energy… I am happy to say that I have been a believer of Shilajit since i started taking it in 2020 for anemia & iron deficiency, however, I am now a customer of Black Lotus because of this new experience during my most needed time of the month!
