The product itself was great, but the overall shop experience was only fair. The last-mile delivery was an issue. The delivery driver did not bring the package to my front door and instead left it at the front of the building. This was careless and could easily have resulted in the merchandise being lost or stolen. Thankfully a kind neighbor saw it laying by the entrance to building and brought it to me. Your delivery process needs improvement.
