Terrible customer service. Very delayed delivery of product and didn't receive what was paid for or promised. The mystery gift is still a mystery as it wasn't sent with my order. And I was told I would get their flip flops for the delayed shipment and NOPE NOT THOSE EITHER! I wish I would've purchased elsewhere as there's nothing special about the product. It's nice but most in this price range are. Wouldn't do anymore business with this company. TERRIBLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

I received equipment that appears to be previously used. It has scratches all over, the paper instructions were crumpled and the parts were already out of the plastic. Also the tub I ordered apparently was no longer available so they offered me another tub, then that one wasn’t available so I ended up with a tub I didn’t want. I am still waiting for a refund for the difference in the cost of the tubs.
