Didn't receive my full order (missing the anti slip mat I ordered with everything). I am still working on the chiller connection to stop leaking so I'm not even using it at the moment until I can get the cheap fittings to work.

The experience was great until, I didn’t get the tub I wanted, so you sent me an “upgrade” larger tub, which your junk chiller cannot handle the volume of. The chiller lasted 3 weeks before the power switch internally failed. It’s impossible to get tech support on the phone. You suck, and I will let everyone know it!

My items took much longer to arrive than I’d expected, and required me to reach out to the company multiple times about incorrect shipping labels. And when I finally got everything set up (despite a setup video that contradicted the setup manual) the tank leaks. Needless to say, I feel frustrated by the whole experience and wish I would have gone with a different company.

Customer service is not helpful and the product quality isn’t very good.

It took over a week to even ship, I called before it shipped and tried to cancel my order and Titan support blatantly refused. Contesting with my credit card company. I will be selling immediately because I felt their customer service was dismissive and rude.

No one responds to questions or emails, would love to know where my product is

Shopping experience was great, but one star is all I can give at the moment, because I only received half the order, the cheaper part of the order. I feel like I have been ripped off, 1400.00 spent, out of that one order I received a 100.00 dollar product, the pool. How would you feel?

You never shipped me anything. You stole my money. Big scam.

Almost two weeks and product has yet to ship

Not a good company, they don’t answer any emails or phone calls and I’ve waiting for weeks for my items, and my tub came defected and they didn’t do anything about it

Ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received our item. Nobody will answer when you You call customer service. And responses to emails are vague and noncommittal about when it will ship.

Your company is awful and a bunch of manipulative employees. No idea how you are still in business. I never received my chiller and you refuse to give me my refund or even respond back. Absolutely terrible people and company

Your sales agents are swindlers. Your company does nothing but lie to its customers. You have nothing but false advertising on your website.

When my plunge worked it worked great for only two months. One day the chiller, just stopped chilling. We worked with Titan to confirm they needed to inspect the chiller personally. We had to cover the cost of shipping for the return and the shipping back to us. After they confirmed they received the chiller, over four weeks ago, in their factory they have failed to provide an expected return date or even return calls or emails.
