This experience was very disappointing. I value honesty and good customer service, and unfortunately I did not feel either was demonstrated here. In addition, I have not been satisfied with the product itself. The sides of the single seat cover are very flimsy, and whenever my cavoodle stands on them, they collapse down, allowing my dog to jump out of the seat.
Overall, I was unhappy both with the quality of the product and with the way this issue was handled by customer support.
