Appalling customer service

They're very comfortable, lightweight, and comfortable to walk in. I hope they'll stretch out a bit, as they're a snug fit. I bought a UK 10, taking a chance on the size chart, hoping everything was correct. The insole length was supposed to be 29.4mm, but in reality, it's 29mm—a significant 4mm difference. I'd like to have extra length, but I don't. However, the shoes are soft, they'll stretch a bit, and they'll be fine. But the manufacturer could have done a better job with the description of

AVOID! No customer service! You sent the wrong size and now no one will answer a simpel email, slow delivery, send the wrong item then blank you, AVOID!

I ordered a pair of shoes. Waited two weeks for them to arrive, and when they did they were not the shoes that I had ordered. Different make, different style, different size. I have emailed asking for a refund and am yet to hear anything back...

Overall excellent albeit with a slightly long shipping time to the U.K

Buying was easy. Trying to return the shoes was a nightmare. Apparently, you accept only FedEx - a courier that doesn't work in my area. I lost time and money, and received cheap looking plastic trainer for far too much money.

I have bought 9 pairs some for.family and my self . Repeat customer. Wish you had more 5.5 as some styles are too neat in a uk5

Terrible! Return is a nightmare. I have asked for a return as shoes are small and customer service suggested me to give the product to a friend!!!! Or resell it!!!! After threatening several times that the return shipping needs to be paid by me and they could give me 20% discount in future purchases so I don't have to pay for the shipping and VAT. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN! Give me my money back!

The shoes arrived in a plastic bag wrapped in plastic tape.

all quite straightforward - hesitant at first cos you never know with on-line ordering but no problems and was kept informed re shipping, delivery etc. So all good.
