Terrible. Never again. I would never have bought the shoes if I'd realised it wouldn't realistically be possible to return the shoes as they have to be sent to Germany and you have to pay international courier charges and German customs duty - which ends up costing more than the shoes themselves. Hobibear decline to mention any of this on the website and misleading by saying your can just drop returns at your local Post Office (which in reality they advise against doing).
