Sent two pairs of Sorrel instead of 1 Sorrel and 1 Tannin. Offered a 15% reduction in price if I kept both pairs (refused). You then sent a pair of Tannin which were too small (despite the Sorrel fitting perfectly). You then sent a bigger pair of Tannin that fitted well. You were resistant to me sending back any of the shoes. In the end, it was resolved by me paying for 2 pairs and receiving 4 pairs of shoes! Maybe get a UK warehouse to enable returns to be made.
