Sizings are off and the pair I got were very hard and quite inflexible so cause me pain. Customer service won't cover the high cost of return shipping, so I now have 2 pairs of sneakers sat here, unable to be used. Website lists this pair as having good shock absorption, but that's very untrue.

very poor communication. didn't tell me trainers were out of stock until I emailed two weeks after ordering to ask what was happening. just asked me to choose a replacement and then they never acknowledged my reply - they did send the replacement trainers and refund the Β£3 difference though. Company needs to improve their communication and customer service.
