Love the sizing style of shoes and colours

I purchased from a .co.uk website that presents itself as a UK-based business and advertises Easy Returns. At no point during the purchase process was it made clear that returns would need to be sent to Germany at my expense, potentially incurring substantial postage costs and customs charges. In addition, I am disappointed with the quality of the shoes. They were delivered compressed in a plastic mailing bag without a shoe box and arrived misshapen as a result.

Hassle free from online order to well packaged delivery

This company is presented as British but the shoes take weeks to arrive from China and arrive squashed in a bag. They look cheap. Not what I was expecting.

They arrived! It can’t get any better than that. Sadly 1 size bigger is what I need but you don’t offer them.

I found the exactly same shoes half the price I paid (with the fiscount) on another uk website. I ordered from hobibear.uk and it arrived from China. I am UK size 5 and it was too small but 5 5 was all right. I would like to return the smaller one so emailed their support at hobbibear where to return so far no answer. Overall, the shoes can do for work but definately overpriced and it looks that returns might be complicated

Got a discount deal, delivery took a while as it wasn’t clear they were coming from China. They do size small, I imagine returns are tricky if you have to send back to China

***BUYER BEWARE*** It is impossible to do returns without it costing you the price of a pair of shoes! I have £113 worth of shoes i want to return. I waited over a week for the shoes to arrive. Now I've raised a concern with my bank. Hobibear want me to FedEx them to Germany - no warehouse in the UK. It will cost £40+. Various reasons about why I can't use Post Office, which is at the end of my street! It's been an absolute joke. I love their shoes. Customer service is dire. ***BUYER BEWARE***
