Order to delivery was pretty quick. Great range of beds, at a fair price. Invoice confusing (I thoughts I’d ordered 2 x 2 beds). Despatch process & communication fairly poor. Delivery guys weren’t great. Marked walls, struggled carrying the beds up the stairs. One asked me some fairly personal/intrusive questions. I had a delivery from another bed company the following day and the difference was stark - they were so professional, with great communication.
