Just what I said on my previous note. I was a little surprised that it just showed up in a little box. I want something I can hang above my fireplace so as soon as I hear back from somebody and I get a framed picture that I can actually hang. I definitely will end up being a happy customer right now. The whole experience has been poor from the original coupon not working as advertised to just a small little box being left on my steps. Nothing like what I would’ve experienced locally
