The print I received was nothing like the pictured advertisement. The colors were dull and unimpressive. I contacted customer support via chat to rely my concerns. The agent tried repeatedly to offer me a discount to keep the print, but I stood my ground and explained that I was not willing to accept anything other than returning the print and getting a full refund. the making and shipment lasted to long. on the site it mentioned 3 business days and Purmerend NL. My bank gave me a bad review about the company so I was very in doubt if my order would come at all. When I discovered that the making process was in Riga and the customer service always telling they were making it but still no shipment my doubt got bigger.
