Unfortunately, the order was subject to significant delays, and the updates I received did not provide clear information about the shipping timeline. A tracking number was issued before the item had actually been dispatched, which I recognized as someone working in logistics. I would have much preferred an honest update, as I was more than happy to wait—clarity and transparency would have made the experience far more positive.
