It was advertised that product is delivered in 2-3 after purchase (no indication of any back orders) however when I ordered I waited about 3 weeks for it to be shipped and nothing else was available either. I was about to cancel it all together. If it wasn’t for communications with customer service team (they were polite, considerate and nice) I would put 1 start. My impression is that company is just started they need to figure out logistics, but they treat their customers with dignity 👍🏼
