This company’s communication practices are completely unacceptable. I was flooded with 10 spammy emails in a single day about $80,000 pallets none of which were CAN-SPAM compliant. Even though my card had already been charged and the order was marked as processed, I never received a shipping confirmation. When I called to follow up, I was told I needed to send photos of my driver’s license and credit card. Everything about this screams scam. The entire process felt shady and unprofessional.
