Lamp was damaged during shipping. It was poorly packaged. After much back and forth I was finally refunded minus the original shipping. So I’m out the shipping costs due to their inadequate packaging. I also never received the cord or remote that they threw in for “free” which is fine since they had absolutely nothing to do with the lamp. Also this lamp can be purchased on Amazon for 25% less.
