I was genuinely impressed with the Vitilan bike at first. The ride was smooth, the build felt solid, and the shock absorption made for a very comfortable commute. The brakes were strong, and overall it felt like a reliable bike, until it suddenly wasn’t. Just five days in, on my way to work, the bike died while I was pedaling on PAS 2. Great customer service and great product!!

The communication was an email every 24 hours so that sucked and nobody ever answered the phone when I called but I must be in a different time zone or they need more help BUT the bike was worth the wait, hand down the best bang for your bike on the market.

Had no tracking number, tried to reach out and did not get a response

shipping from you to UPS in B.C. was quick in about 4 days but from B.C. to me took another 10 days to get to ONT. them another 2 days to be delivered to me in N.B. not sure why it took so long to be delivered this time for a usually 5 day shipment but every thing arrived in good condition with no damages

Bikes were delivered quickly and packed well and even some parts preassembled. Instructions could be clearer in some places but not a deal breaker.

I'm not very impress by the communication. I'm waiting my U7 since 2 weeks now and I didn't get it. I try to get some comunication from UPS (Your transportor) and Vitilan and nobody come back to me with an answer. I'm really desapointed

Rack is very popular. The wait after bike delivery was not too long. Good response to customer questions. Easy unpacking and assembly. Seat post should be longer with the frame style.
