Naked Wardrobe has a horrific customer service department. I called and the phone just rang forever. I then emailed their customer service help and they said to give them “5 business days” to write me back. It’s been 8 business days. They sent me the wrong coat. And now I’m stuck with a coat I don’t want because they won’t respond. I will NEVER order from this company again. I don’t care that they sent me the wrong coat-I care that I can’t speak to anyone. No paperwork in box either.

I ordered the long fur coat from Naked Wardrobe on December 30 for an upcoming vacation. On January 7 the tracking said it was delivered, but I never received it. I emailed customer service right away and followed up multiple times and still haven’t heard back. For such an expensive purchase, the lack of communication and support is extremely disappointing. This experience left me scrambling before my vacation. Very unhappy with this service.
