I returned this item on 2/17, it arrived at NW’s location on prepaid label on 2/18. I still have not received any response from NW nor have I received confirmation my item was received, inspected and refunded. I’ve also reached out via email numerous times and have not heard back. I am so disappointed in NW’s return process because I love their brand but I feel as if I can only buy from Nordstrom now due to the ease of their return policy versus NW. Please correct this issue.

However, shipping did take longer than expected. Additionally, your FAQs state that customers can email support to request order changes. I reached out the same day I placed my order but did not receive a response until about three days later. At that point, I was advised it was too late to make any changes
