Shopping Auric is always a pleasure, even when things on the technical side aren't jiving (see recent launch) Seriously, the response to those technical issues and explaining what was happening - I wish more brands did this. I think the majority of people understand nothing goes perfectly, but we all appreciate honest feedback and explanations from brands we love and support. Sam's insta stories and videos on the whole debacle were funny and just added to the excitement.
