Product not received and customer service is awful. Product has been stuck in limbo in shipping for a month because the company changed the delivery address on my order to ship to a different country. I discovered this error, not them. They refused to issue a refund and I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Radio silence since I notified them about their mistake and the charge back. So instead of doing the right thing, they are holding my money and not communicating with me. Will never consider shopping with Auric again and I had purchased 3 items in my first 2 orders.
