I was going to wait until receiving my full order before submitting a review but I received 3 email reminders for a review, which I find excessive. But here's my review of this whole experience. My order arrived with a missing item, I notified Auric and they swiftly shipped the missing product so I appreciate the corrective action. As a Canadian supporting a fellow Canadian, the customer experience is unfortunate. My first shipment took 3+ weeks to arrive, and this missing item has been another 3+ weeks, likely due to customs. I understand the challenges a small business can be faced with, and realize some issues are out of their hands, but these events make it difficult for me to want to order again.
