The online sizing meeting and the “try before you buy” feature was actually very helpful. I definitely would have chosen the wrong size without the help of the team there. Very respectful and easy. Highly recommend for any large chested people who need a little assistance on nailing the sizing. Returns were easy too.

Charges for size exchanges. With only two locations in Australia it's pretty bad to offer such a far reaching online service but charge for size exchanges.

I visited in the Brisbane store, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind and caring. They had a lovely range of sizes, both in the bras and clothing. Will definitely be going back to purchase some more cute stuff!

Exchange process was SO quick and easy. The bra fitting advice was prompt and helpful, especially when I ordered something that didn’t fit quite right, i received the exchanged size within a few days (which fit perfectly)

Customer service has always been prompt and helpful and I’ve always been happy with the level of service and shipping arrangements. I would find some cm guidance on your website helpful when trying to choose sizes rather than choosing on dress alone. Unfortunately dress sizes can vary so much; especially as a busty lady. LOL
