Lovely experience from website to delivery. Parcel always comes wrapped in tissue paper and it makes it feel extra special.

Shopping experience was fine but this was a very expensive bra that doesn't give me a good shape so overall the experience is disappointing

Needs to have a better size filter on the website. Having to go in and only show in stock gets fiddly. Would love a Melbourne pop up! Or if you ever can introduce postage paid returns, that would be a game changer for me. I've shopped at hot milk only for the last few years because I could do this as an example

I find it frustrating to have to wait for email responses up to 24 hours especially when there is back and forth. It some cases it takes up ton2 weeks of back and forth emails and waiting replies to come to a conclusion with sizing etc very difficult when you are in another state and buying online.
