There were a number of negative reviews when I checked Trust Pilot after I'd made my first order but these were linked yo people's confusion around the subscription service they offer. Just make sure you tick one time purchase only if you don't want that service- I didn't so I always make 1 time purchases as I need (and control).

Most companies send a reminder that the next subscription order is due, which can enable the customer to cancel the subscription in time if they wish In my case, I didn't receive a reminder in time so have another 3 months' supply which I will take as I don't think I can return. I have now cancelled my subscription to avoid further confusion.
