the quality of both the shoes and the packaging was far below expectations. I contacted customer support and after three emails back and forth, they stopped replying entirely. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. I simply want to return the product and receive a refund, but the company makes it unnecessarily difficult. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ARKE.
